These terms explain the rules for using Nashr (nashr.tech). By uploading or downloading files you agree to them.

Nashr lets you upload files, get a link and QR code, and share them. Files are deleted automatically when a link expires or reaches its download limit. We may change or stop features at any time.
You are responsible for the files you upload and the people you share them with. You must have the right to share every file, and you must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
You keep all rights to your files. You give us a limited permission to store, copy and deliver them only so the service works. We do not sell your files or use them for advertising.
Free transfers are limited in size, number of files, expiry and daily volume. We may change these limits and may refuse or remove transfers that put the service or other people at risk.
We may remove any transfer and block any uploader that breaks these terms, the law or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice.
The service is provided “as is”. Do not use Nashr as your only copy of important files. We are not liable for lost files, delays or indirect losses, to the extent the law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If any part is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
